My fascination with the effect that nutrition has on our health and functioning began early on in my life. After years of my own trial and error, research and reading, I sought a formal education in Holistic Nutrition. This led me to obtain my professional qualifications at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition through the Registered Holistic Nutritionist Program in 2007. After schooling, I acquired valuable experience through a variety of positions in the field of health and wellness, including opening and operating Kayoosh Health Retreat. I then focused my studies on naturally nourishing women's health and reproduction. The pregnancy and birth of my son in 2014 solidified my devotion to helping other women thrive during their childbearing years. I remain dedicated to deepening my knowledge through further education and training on a regular basis. I have studied under Gloria Lemay and was recently accepted into an apprenticeship program with the Childbearing Society to become a Natural Childbirth Educator. I feel extremely fulfilled to be able to do what I love and share my passion with women”
