“Hello, I’m Kristina, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist by profession, fitness enthusiast and yogi by day and frequent recipe experimenter and tester. When I am not cooking up new recipes at home, I am out discovering the healthiest delicious bites at cool restaurants.
I am just like you with real life challenges, cookie cravings….lover of red wine, new cookbooks, great music, animals, natural beauty products, almonds, anything peanut butter, yummy food, coffee, green juice and yoga.
In addition to all my life loves it just so happens I also love nutrition. I can see the positive impact nutrition has on my life and want to spread the “wealth” when it comes to nutrition with YOU.”

Kristina is an expert educator in the field of nutrition and dietetics with over 11 years of experience. She is the nutrition consultant for The School of Ballet Arizona. She is a licensed facilitator for the Am I Hungry?® Mindful Eating Program. She is also qualified to teach The Mindful Based Eating Awareness (MB-EAT) Program. Kristina is a lifelong learner, always striving to stay up to date with the latest nutrition research and trends. Kristina is also a member of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
